Sheridan is a Marriage and Family Therapist – In Training. She received her bachelor's degree from Viterbo University and her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
Sheridan works with teens and adults navigating a variety of challenges. She has a special interest in supporting those experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship or family stress, grief and loss, and the lingering impact of past experiences.
Drawing from narrative and relational approaches, with elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sheridan helps clients explore what’s getting in the way, challenge old patterns, and reconnect with their values. Her work is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship and a belief that healing happens when all parts of a person are met with curiosity and compassion. She aims to meet each person where they are and walk alongside them as they move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
