Sheridan is a Marriage and Family Therapist – In Training. She received her bachelor's degree from Viterbo University and her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Sheridan has worked in various roles in the mental health field, and she enjoys working with teens, adults, couples, and families. She works with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship concerns, family conflict, and self-esteem. Sheridan believes that therapy is a powerful way to explore the past to help inform the future. She creates a warm and judgement free space and makes it her goal to meet each person where they are at. Sheridan uses a person-centered and family systems approach in therapy which helps individuals gain insight into their relationships and personal patterns. This approach not only promotes self-awareness and personal growth but also encourages healthier, more supportive interactions with others.
